This Privacy Policy explains how TinyInvoice handles information when you use the app. TinyInvoice is a local quote and invoice draft utility. The app is designed to work without an account, without a backend server, and without advertising or analytics SDKs.
This policy applies to the mobile application named TinyInvoice. If you publish this app under a developer name or company name in Google Play, use the same developer or company name in this section before release.

TinyInvoice lets you enter quote-related information such as client name, project or service description, line item descriptions, quantities, rates, tax percentage, discount amount, and saved quote history.
This information is entered by you and is stored locally on your device in the app's private storage or app preferences. TinyInvoice does not upload this information to a developer server.
The information you enter is used to calculate quote totals, display current quote details, save recent quote drafts, create shareable text, and generate a PDF document when you choose Export PDF.
TinyInvoice does not use quote information for advertising, profiling, credit decisions, lending, payment processing, or any financial service.
TinyInvoice does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share your client names, quote details, saved quote history, device identifiers, location, contacts, or usage data with the developer or with third parties.
The app does not include third-party advertising, analytics, crash reporting, payment, or tracking SDKs.
When you tap Share, Android displays a system share sheet and you choose the destination app. The information shared depends on the destination you select.
When you tap Export PDF, Android displays a system document picker and you choose where to save the PDF file. TinyInvoice writes the PDF only to the location that you select.
After you share text or export a PDF to another app or location, that external app or storage provider may handle the file according to its own privacy practices.
Saved quote drafts are kept locally on your device until you clear saved quotes in the app settings, clear the app's storage from Android settings, or uninstall the app.
PDF files exported by you are stored in the destination you selected and are not automatically deleted by TinyInvoice.
TinyInvoice uses Android system document creation features when you export a PDF. This lets you choose a destination without giving the app broad storage access.
The app does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, phone, calendar, account, payment, or broad file management permissions.
TinyInvoice is a document creation tool only. It does not process payments, connect to banks, request payment card numbers, store bank account details, provide loans, provide investment advice, or offer regulated financial services.
TinyInvoice is intended as a general productivity utility. It is not directed to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Because TinyInvoice stores quote drafts locally, the security of your information depends on your device security settings, backups, and the apps or storage locations you choose when sharing or exporting documents.
You can clear saved quote history from the Settings screen inside the app. You can also delete all local app data by clearing app storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app. Exported PDF files must be deleted from the location where you saved them.
This policy may be updated if the app's features, data handling, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when material changes are made.
